"They say an apple a day keeps the doctor at bay", I want to think the same can be thought of for depression. A smile a day can keep (or should help) depression at bay. I do not know much about depression or claim to have gone through it because my version of depression is not the same for you or the other it's all personal. I should apologise as today's post is not about depression just I know too many depressed people so I thought I touch on it, so today's post is about smiling. How often do you smile a day? I personally smile too much for my own good, but I am not ashamed because my mama told me I have the most beautiful smile to fall this earth so I will keep showing off my crooked teeth and big African lips at you all because my mama told me so and because I love it too.
I have noticed throughout my life how smiling can change a bitter situation into a sweeter situation so I try to live by that. As I mentioned in my last post/video "Happiness is a choice" but so is smiling, I don't care what kinda teeth you gat just smile like you were told Jesus is coming to take you to heaven tomorrow. Or for some of my non-believers think of it as if something you have always always wanted is happening.
Keep smiling and showing off your smile because no one is going to smile for you.
